+ How should I prepare for my Laser Hair Removal Treatment?

To prepare for your Laser Hair Removal appointment, we ask you the following:

• shave the area being treated 12-24 hours in advance
• exfoliate to remove any dead skin or build up
• do not wax or pluck the area 3-4 weeks before starting laser treatment, continue to do so, only trim or shave the area during your sessions
• remove any fake tans from your skin
• avoid excess sun exposure on the area being treated for at least 2 weeks before your appointment (this includes tanning beds and tannin supplements)
• refrain from receiveing any skin resurfaceing treatments ie: laser resurfaceing, chemical peels, etc
• avoid using perfume, cream or moisturiser on the area just before your treatment

+ Can I sit in the sun after my Laser Hair Removal Treatment?

We recommend avoiding the sun or limiting the area being treated for a minimum of 2-3 weeks post treatment. If you must be exposed to the sun apply spf 50+ to the area. If you have been exposed to the sun, we will determent before your treatment if it is safe for your to receive treatment.

+ How old you have to be to get Laser Hair Removal?

We treat all Men and Women 16+ of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent, guardian present or provide a written consent form for them to receive the treatment.

+ What can I expect after my Laser Hair Removal Treatment?

After you Laser Hair Removal treatment you will experience light redness or slight discomfort, depending on the area or sensitivity on the day. This reaction is completely normal and there no need to worry! This will subside after 24 hours post treatment.
